Shipping Is Free

We offer free shipping on our orders. You do not need to enter a promotional code or reach a particular order value to receive standard delivery at no extra charge.

For trade customers placing repeat orders, we aim to keep the process just as simple. The shipping cost remains free unless a different delivery arrangement has been agreed with you in advance.

When We Send Your Order

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed outside our normal working hours are handled from the next working day.

Delivery Times

For UK orders, delivery normally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. For European orders, delivery normally takes 4–8 working days after dispatch.

This means the usual overall timeframe is around 3–6 working days in the UK and 5–10 working days in Europe, including normal order preparation.

If you are ordering for a shop, retailer or online business and need stock by a particular date, we recommend allowing some extra time rather than relying on the final estimated delivery day.

Wholesale & Repeat Orders

We supply trade customers across the UK and Europe, including independent shops, retailers and online sellers.

Larger or repeat orders may take a little longer to prepare depending on stock levels and the size of the order. If this applies, we will let you know rather than leaving you guessing.

For regular trade customers, we are happy to work with agreed ordering arrangements where practical.

If Your Order Takes Longer

Delivery estimates are based on normal working conditions. Occasionally an order can take longer because of carrier schedules, high-volume periods, weather, operational delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order has gone beyond the usual delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will check the position and help where we can.

Where a delivery delay is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, the stated delivery timeframe should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed date.

Returns & Exchanges

We want returns and exchanges to be straightforward. The first return or exchange for an order includes free return shipping.

Any further return or exchange request for the same order may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be responsible for the additional return shipping cost.
